Job summary

Assiniboine Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a Deposit Administrator II to support the advisor teams with deposit and estate documentation, data entry and inquiries. You will contribute to service delivery, ensure accuracy and comply with regulatory requirements from FATCA to CRA.

Qualifications

  • Experience with investment administration and processing.
  • Knowledge of credit union products, policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of credit union technology and data input.
  • Basic computer applications and data entry accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Manitoba estate legislation and regulation is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide back-office administrative support to Advice & Service Delivery teams.
  • Input accurate data into banking systems (accounts, registered plans, estates).
  • Act as back-up for Deposit Administrator I responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist year-end activities and filing requirements with other teams.
