Job description

Overview

Join our DC+ program and take the wheel of a dedicated electric vehicle, either a Tesla or another EV from our fleet. You will run a consistent day or night shift of up to 60 hours per week with a one year commitment. We provide the vehicle, insurance, maintenance, training, and 24/7 support so you can be on the road in under a week.

Earnings Structure

This is a biweekly settlement program with a fixed fee of $1,570 every two weeks. Your corporate and app fares are applied toward this fee. If fares exceed $1,570, you keep the difference. If they are lower, you cover the balance. For example, at 60 hours per week with average fares of $32 per hour, you would earn about $3,840 in two weeks. After the lease fee you would net approximately $2,270 plus gratuities.

Schedule

• You choose day or night shifts up to 60 hours per week. This is a full time contractor role, not a gig position. You will coordinate only with the contractor on the opposite shift, giving you stability in how your vehicle is managed, where it is left, and who you cross over with. Flexible, self managed schedules are encouraged within your assigned shift, and while you are responsible for your own schedule, you are supported by our team and systems every step of the way. You are in business for yourself, but never by yourself.
