Job summary

RONA is seeking a Store Supervisor in Canada to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure superior customer service. The role emphasizes merchandising, promotional execution, and coordinating staffing to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions
• Supervise the replenishment process
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
• Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
