Nike Inc. is seeking a Department Manager (Coach) for the Kanata Tanger Outlet Mall. You will lead a high-volume team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store growth while aligning with Nike’s Service Principles and community culture.

• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations

The base ($CAD Hourly rate) for this position generally ranges from CAD $27.47/hour to $29/hour. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
