Job summary

Sport Chek in Duncan, BC is seeking a Department Manager for Clothing to lead the department with passion for sports and an active lifestyle. You will coach and develop a team, implement daily sales plans, and serve as an ambassador for an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, team mentoring, and maintaining strong merchandising standards while promoting the brand across the store. Compensation includes benefits and product discounts within a competitive range.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably at a supervisory level.
• Proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.
• Interest or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry is an asset.
