Queen King Dental is looking to hire a Dental Receptionist who is strong in Dentrix software, has outstanding communication skills, good listening skills a good understanding of insurance plans, and a high level of confidence in making calls and scheduling appointments. We are a busy, ethical, and fun office with a great team that communicates extremely well! We are looking for an individual who shares our practice vision and supports it through proactive learning and growth. Currently, we are only looking for someone who has previous dental experience and can navigate Dentrix dental software.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Scheduling multiple doctors and hygiene providers.
  • Obtaining insurance breakdowns.
  • Reviewing treatment plans and financial information with patients.
  • Managing accounts receivable.
  • Predeterminations for recommended treatment.
  • Creating reports and working with them to book unscheduled treatment plans.
  • Billing and processing patients.
  • Coordinating referrals and communications with specialist offices.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Dentrix software is a must.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an office.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology is an asset.
