True North DPO is seeking a compassionate Dental Patient Care Coordinator for Mount Royal Dental, a growing practice dedicated to exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.

This role offers a growth pathway into a Treatment Coordinator position, with cross-training across Patient Care Coordinator and Treatment Coordinator responsibilities to expand clinical coordination and patient case presentation skills within the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental or medical administration experience (dental preferred).
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Live DDM is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls: schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and support patient needs.
• Process patient information, insurance details, and claims according to office policies.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Support treatment plan coordination and financial discussions, when required.
• Complete administrative duties including filing, data entry, email correspondence, and document preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
• Assist with monitoring and ordering office supplies.

Compensation

• Pay Range: $26.00–$30.00 per hour
• Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills.
