Job summary

Bayside Dental Clinic in Saint John East, NB, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for part-time or full-time roles. The clinic offers a modern workspace, steady patient flow, and a focus on patient care and professional development.

You will perform clinical preventative hygiene, educate patients on oral health, and build patient loyalty through personalized care while upholding ethical standards. Valid CPR and provincial registration required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
