Job summary

Park Square Dental in Wetaskiwin, Canada, is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. You will assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive preventive dentistry and educate patients on oral health.

The role requires a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, active registration, and CPR certification. We offer modern technology, a supportive team, and opportunities for professional development within the Park Square Dental network. Schedule includes Fridays from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
