Job summary

Gloucester Dental Centre in Ottawa is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team. The role offers a wage structure based on 28%-30% commission on production, with opportunity to negotiate for higher commissions for exceptional experience and fit.

Flexible 2-3 days per week, replacement position, and a collaborative environment dedicated to exceptional patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, sealants and whitening.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new prevention techniques and counselling.
• Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience while maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.

About You:

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required
