docbraces MCO is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at four locations in York and Durham Regions. This is a full-time role with guaranteed shift hours and a supportive clinic network that emphasizes patient care and professional growth.

We offer competitive hourly wages plus a quarterly bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families. You will provide hygiene treatments, educate patients, take X-rays, and collaborate with orthodontists.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required.
• Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within province.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support with enthusiasm, building a personal connection at every visit.
• Ensure patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on findings and goals for oral health.
• Prepare patients for the Orthodontist and assist during exams and procedures.
• Take X-Rays and follow all safety procedures; maintain equipment and records.
• Educate patients on good oral hygiene and treatment progress.
• Travel to satellite locations as needed and maintain a cooperative team environment.
