Qualifications

• Electronics diploma or relevant experience.
• Background in contracting, plumbing, mechanics or electrical preferred.
• Valid driver's license and in order required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of the dental industry is an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Determine parts, supplies or tools required for service requests.
• Maintain and secure test devices and tools for adjustments and repairs.
• Repair equipment to manufacturer specs.
• Meet service commitments within standard response time.
• Work with Sales Representatives on Maintenance Agreements.
• Follow repair schedules for customers on Service Agreements.
• Complete necessary paperwork like work orders and repair tags.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and safe driving.
• Manage inventory and restock when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
