• Enter cases into LMS accurately and completely.
• Verify prescriptions, materials, due dates, and special instructions.
• Communicate with clinics regarding missing info, adjustments, or clarifications.
• Coordinate with technicians for rush cases, remakes, or complex workflows.
• Track case progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage inbound/outbound cases with shipping/logistics teams.
• Maintain strong customer service relationships with clinics.
