Job summary

goeasy is hiring a Delivery Specialist in Brandon, MB. You will build strong customer experiences by engaging clients in person, by phone, and by email, while delivering our products to customers' homes.

You’ll support store merchandising, perform truck and store maintenance, and coordinate paperwork onsite. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and background checks are required. The role offers competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Full class driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
• Pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history).
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communicator focused on driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Job description

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:

• Build superior customers sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email


• Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store


• Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes


• General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily


• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction


• Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite

What we are looking for:

• Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing


• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods


• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction


• Some experience in a customer-facing environment


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently


• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)

We are offering $19.00 - $21.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
