Working with the client
  • The client should feel you are there to take care of them as they build their digital product
  • The client is clear on scope and what will be designed/built/tested
  • The client is reassured that the team on the ground is working on what they need to
  • You are able to help the client through any issues that will come up as they try to get the engagement completed

  • The team understands how what they are working on will actually help our client
  • You understand each team member’s skills and capabilities, and have a pulse on how they are doing
  • You keep the team focused on the right things and manage dependencies to keep things running smoothly
What you bring to the table

Experience requirements
  • Have a proven ability to deliver digital products
  • EQ minded – ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client partners and internal team
  • Detail‑oriented – ability to identify risks, gaps and opportunities and take the necessary steps to address them
  • Can contribute to putting the right people in the right seats by understanding people’s capabilities, limitations, and what opportunities would be good for them
Background preference
  • Experience in project or product management
  • Experience in design, development, data/analytics, or any other part of digital product delivery
