Job summary

Richardson Pioneer is seeking a Location Assistant at our Lacombe, AB facility to support safe, efficient grain handling and crop inputs operations. This hands-on role focuses on reliability and teamwork in a busy agricultural environment.

You will load and unload grain, operate plant equipment including blenders, and perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's licence is required.
• An agriculture background is an asset.
