Job summary

Uni-Select Inc., through its Bumper to Bumper network in Lévis, is seeking a delivery associate to prepare orders, validate merchandise, and ensure on-time deliveries. You will review items with customers at receipt, plan daily pickups and returns, and follow electronic delivery standards.

Responsibilities include accurate paperwork, reporting complaints, routine vehicle checks, and maintaining safety. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders from the transport ticket and meet delivery deadlines as directed by the dispatcher.
• Validate merchandise for quality and accuracy before accepting delivery; review items with customers at receipt.
• Plan daily pickups and returns, including warranty items, without disrupting delivery service efficiency.
• Comply with electronic delivery standards and record all deliveries and pickups with the appropriate paperwork.
• Ensure customer complaints are reported promptly to the dispatcher or store manager.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fluids, tires, cleanliness) and drive safely at all times.
• Participate in store inventory and customer service activities as needed.
