We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to provide top-notch customer service from the point of sale to customers’ homes. Trail Appliances delivers experiences, not just products. Compensation

• Starting at $24.95 per hour plus $1.79 Bonus
• Experienced Candidates: $26.05 per hour plus $2.38 Bonus
• You must have at least 3 years of experience in delivering appliances or similar goods, as well as experience in customer service
• Guaranteed yearly wage progression

As a Delivery Driver, you will

• Safely lift, carry and deliver heavy items into our customers’ homes. This is heavy work, but you essentially get paid to work out.
• Greet and describe the delivery process to each of our customers in a way that makes them feel at ease and excited about their new appliance. Provide excellent customer experience with a friendly smile!
• Utilize tools to safely install our unique range of products. Tackle any challenges that come your way with creativity and confidence. There’s no problem you can’t solve!
• Collaborate with a trained delivery partner.
• Safely operate our 5-ton trucks (class 5 license) and navigate city streets. Trucks are fully automatic, and most are less than 5 years old.
• Utilize state-of-the-art dispatch software to complete the delivery process on company-provided devices.

To be successful in this role, you should have

• A strong appreciation and commitment to personal safety and that of others.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record.
• A minimum 1 year experience operating a 5-ton truck or other large vehicle.
• The physical ability to consistently lift over 100 lbs and move large, heavy items.
• A willingness to learn new skills and product handling techniques (We will teach you how to install a washer and dryer).
• Great people skills, courteous and able to wow our customers.
• The ability to work well with others in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work Environment

• On the road, at customers’ homes, and in the warehouse
• Scheduled 5 days a week from Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30am start until 4:00pm (occasional overtime as required)
