Job summary

PepsiCo Canada is hiring a delivery driver to bring our brands to customers across Canada, with Ontario focus. You’ll be out in the world, building relationships, ensuring timely product deliveries, unloading pallets, and handling daily settlement of accounts when needed.

You are self-motivated, with strong communication and organizational skills, able to work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and drive safely in varying weather. 40-hour weeks with overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and ability to work with customers.
• High School Diploma or Equivalence required.
• AZ/Class 1 CDL in good standing with safe driving record.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account, acting as a PepsiCo ambassador.
• Provide accurate, timely product deliveries and unload product as directed by the customer.
• Process invoices and handle daily settlement of accounts.
• Stock and rotate product, merchandising to standard at all accounts.
• Build displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Perform duties safely in compliance with laws and transportation regulations.

Compensation

• $31.84 per hour with full-time hours and overtime opportunities

Responsibilities

Physical demands and working conditions

• You can lift/carry large loads up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout an 8-10 hour day
• You can maneuver large loads by hand and with use of various aides, requiring a wide range of physical agility, flexibility, and strength
• You will be exposed to a variety of weather and temperature ranges, and you will safely operate the equipment during poor road and driving conditions

Qualifications

• You have excellent people skills and know how to work with customers
• You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
• You must have a valid AZ/Class 1 CDL driver’s license in good standing with a safe driving record
• You’re physically fit
• You are self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision

Additional Skills You May Have

• Flexibility to work extended hours and overtime
• Ability to drive manual transmission
