Job summary

Green’s Home Furnishings in Fort Frances, ON is seeking a Delivery Driver who will safely transport furniture, mattresses, and appliances to customers, loading and unloading as needed. You’ll use cell phone tech to capture photos and verify paperwork, keeping logs accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid G driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle heavy items.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture, mattresses, and appliances safely and efficiently.
• Assemble items on-site after training.
• Use cell phone tech to photograph loads and verify paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain logbook accuracy and complete walk rounds.
• Provide top-notch service to customers and represent the company on the road.
• Be the face of our company while delivering and at customer doors.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver furniture, mattresses, and appliances safely, efficiently, and with a smile


• Assemble items on-site (don’t worry—we train you!)


• Use cell phone tech to take photos and to check loads to the paperwork to ensure accuracy


• Ensure logbook accuracy and walk rounds are completed


• Provide top-notch service to customers


• Be the face of our company on the road and at the door
