Job summary

Unimax in Canada is hiring a delivery driver for a temporary position with possible permanency. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Starting salary is 20.75 CAD per hour plus a peak season bonus of 2 CAD per hour during Oct 19 to Dec 11.

The role involves loading/unloading tires, inspections, and route optimization across the region. The ideal candidate has a valid G Class license, at least 1 year of driving experience, a strong physical condition, a clean driving record, and good

Qualifications

• Possess a valid G Class license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a driver.
• Be in excellent physical shape and able to lift heavy loads.
• Have a good driving record.
• A very good knowledge of the region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and merchandise from the warehouse.
• Complete a daily inspection report of the truck before departure.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Load and unload tires and merchandise to be delivered to customers.
• Unload tires manually at customer locations.
• Inspect tires and merchandise with the customer.
• Respect delivery order to optimize the day’s route.
• Handle all delivery work orders.
• Pick up tires at different customer locations.
• Assist with other related warehouse work (loading/unloading trucks and maintenance).

Job Description

• Deliver tires and merchandise from the warehouse;
