A leading equipment dealership in Ayr, ON is looking for a part-time Delivery Driver. You will be responsible for pick-up and delivery of agricultural and construction equipment, and must have exceptional customer service skills. Candidates should possess a valid G driver's license and some experience operating small equipment. This role offers secure employment in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service experience required.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working/operating forklifts and small equipment is necessary.
  • Ability to manage paperwork for equipment delivery.
  • Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling is required.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Pick-up and delivery of small agricultural and construction equipment.
  • Perform periodic parts deliveries to customers.
  • Handle Sales and Service invoices and payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of delivery truck and trailer.

Delivery Driver - Ayr, ON

Premier Equipment is a full-service John Deere dealership specializing in agriculture, lawn and commercial grounds care and compact construction equipment. Premier proudly serves Southern Ontario with 11 locations (Alliston, Ayr, Elmira, Listowel, Ospringe, Tavistock, Smithville, Norwich, Hagersville, Belleville and Stouffville), offering a robust parts inventory and over 90 technicians able to provide service and maintenance. Responsibilities
  • Pick-up and delivery of small agricultural, lawn & garden, landscaping and construction equipment.
  • Perform periodic parts deliveries to customers.
  • Periodic collection and handling of Sales and Service invoices, contracts and payments directly with customers.
  • Light maintenance duties within the Store, including cleaning and detailing of equipment and support duties of yard coordinator.
  • Responsible for proper operation and maintenance and cleanliness of delivery truck and trailer.
  • Other associated tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service experience required.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Must have experience working/operating forklifts, lawn and garden equipment, small agricultural pieces, construction pieces.
  • Ability to manage all associated paperwork and processes for pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • Hours of duty will fluctuate depending on seasonal + daily workloads.
  • Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling is required.
  • Valid G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract is required.
