Responsibilities

• Zones the department.
• Rotates stock and checks for expired products.
• Ensures merchandise is signed and priced.
• Adheres to cold chain standards, thermometer calibrations and temperature recording.
• Takes orders for deli merchandise and prepares meat, cheese, fried chicken and other items.
• Assists front-end associates with price checks.
• Prepares deli orders using slicers and other utensils; fills salads and specialty orders.
• Keeps the area neat, clean and organized.
