Job summary

Pilot Company in Hope, BC is seeking a friendly deli team member to maintain a clean, well-organized deli area, stock the display, and prepare food to company standards. You’ll follow process cards, handle dishes, and support a fast-paced service model for a diverse range of guests.

The role offers weekly pay, extended health benefits for full-time staff, paid time off, and opportunities for growth in other roles within our travel centers. Flexible shifts include nights, days, and weekends.

Qualifications

Highly motivated self-starters.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in a similar position is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain well-organized and orderly deli area.
Monitor hot deli case and keep stocked with fresh items.
Prepare food to company standards by following process cards.
Clean and organize dishes and utensils.
