Loblaw operates Real Canadian Superstore locations across Canada, where team members help create a positive in-store experience for customers. This entry-level Store Team Member role emphasizes stocking, merchandising, and friendly service to help Canadians live life well.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, is needed.

What you'll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

• Setup company-directed promotions and programs

• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
