Job summary

Your Independent Grocer is part of Loblaw Companies Limited, a national leader in Canadian retail. We are looking for Store Colleagues who can deliver friendly, reliable service and help keep shelves stocked and displays organized.

You will join a collaborative team, learn on the job, and grow through training while supporting customers in a fast-paced store environment. We value flexibility for shifts across days, evenings, and weekends and emphasize safety and accessibility.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexibility to work across departments and hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and remain mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning, identify inventory needs, and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
