Job summary

Metro is seeking a Deli Clerk for a part-time, permanent role in our Deli and Hot Food Department. You will help serve customers, assist with meat, cheese and ready-made meals, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The position is unionized and starts at $16.60–$16.70 per hour, with the possibility of higher pay based on knowledge, skills and experience. Flex shifts, including nights and weekends, are required to meet business needs.

This position is part of a unionized bargaining unit. The hourly wage for this position starts at $16.60 - $16.70 and is established in accordance with the collective agreement. Depending on a candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, and prior experience, a higher hourly wage may be offered. Any hourly wage offered for this role, whether starting or higher, will fall within the wage scale established for this position in accordance with the collective agreement.
