Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, and ensure a positive in-store experience. You will help keep displays current and assist customers with product information and checkout accuracy.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is expected. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active through shifts will be needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and remain in constant mobility during shifts.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail to help store shelves meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and addressing customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
