Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members to provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will help ensure shelves are stocked, engage with customers, and support merchandising and promotions in a fast-paced environment.

No previous experience is required; training will be provided. Flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are expected as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
