Job summary

Sobeys is seeking a Deli Clerk at an independently owned Sobeys banner location in Canada. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle deli products, and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities include following Food Safety protocols, assisting with stock orders, training junior staff, and promoting products to boost sales while supporting team engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The Deli Clerk is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Clerk will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
