Job summary

Lawtons in Antigonish, NS is looking for a Deli/A La Carte Supervisor to provide friendly and professional service, and to oversee the Deli/A La Carte Department in the absence of the Manager. You will supervise staff, foster an environment of coaching and development, and actively contribute to employee and customer engagement.

You will complete customer deli orders, merchandise the department effectively, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Above average oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs
• Supervise Deli /A La Carte personnel in the absence of Deli Manager
• Promote an employee culture of coaching and development
• Complete customer deli/ a La Carte orders
• Merchandise Deli/ A La Carte Department service cases
• Prepare and merchandise Deli/ A La Carte programs
• Maintain sanitation standards
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
• Perform administrative duties as required
