Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Reconciliation (DEIR) Coordination & Program Specialist, you will provide operational, research, and communications support to ensure the smooth delivery of Vancity’s DEIR programs. The role coordinates logistics for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the Workplace Inclusion (WIN) Program, BC Talent Programs and DEIR events. It maintains systems and documentation, tracks outcomes, and prepares communications and reports that enable the DEIR team to deliver inclusive, high-impact initiatives, with a focus on consistent and reliable coordination.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at ourVancity head office and will report directly to the Manager, DEIR. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of$49,700 to $74,500 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
