Lightspeed is looking for a DEI & Employee Experience Manager. In this role, you are the in-house expert responsible for driving our global DEI strategy forward. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will partner closely with the Head of Talent & Capability to design, implement, and measure impactful DEI and Employee Experience programs.
You will function with a high degree of autonomy, acting as the primary program designer and manager. Your work will involve analyzing complex challenges in our global employee experience, particularly as they relate to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and creating innovative, effective solutions that shape our culture and contribute directly to Lightspeed's business success.
