Overview

As a defensive cybersecurity advisor, you’re part of the Cyber Threats Investigations and Hunting Department. Our mission is to defend Desjardins Group against cyber threats. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about cybersecurity, committed to staying current and active in the community. You serve as a cybersecurity investigation analyst whose main task is to investigate alerts flagged by our various security tools. In your role, you must work and communicate efficiently with other Security Operations Centre members and partner teams.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate security events

  • Apply mitigation measures in response to security events

  • Document investigations in an operational security ticketing system

  • Help resolve security issues

  • Participate in incident response

  • Help improve and optimize security operations and make them more efficient
