Job summary

Superior Cabinets in Saskatoon is seeking a Dealer Design Representative to join our Dealer Sales team. This in-person role focuses on design, order management, customer service and sales support for dealer partners.

You have 3+ years in kitchen design, strong knowledge of cabinets, and experience with 2020 or ProKitchens. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are required; you will build relationships and drive growth with dealers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven kitchen design experience.
• Detailed knowledge of the cabinet industry.
• Experience with 2020 or ProKitchens or similar software.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Class 5 driver's license with clean record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Review designs and orders for accuracy, specifications, and improvements.
• Assist dealers with quotes, proposals, and order processing.
• Provide support with software and processes.
• Build relationships and maintain regular contact with dealer accounts.
• Provide product training, service, and ongoing support.
• Stay knowledgeable on company products and market trends.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 To $58,000.00 Annually

Superior Cabinets is looking for a Dealer Design Representative to play a key role in our Dealer Sales team. This is an in-person position within our Saskatoon Corporate office. You will bring design experience, customer service, and sales experience to help dealer partners grow their business.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and Order Management

• Review designs and orders for accuracy, specifications, and improvement considerations.
• Assist dealers with quotes, proposals, and order processing.
• Provide support with software and processes.
• Build relationships and maintain regular contact with dealer accounts.
• Provide product training, service, and ongoing support.
• Remain knowledgeable on company products and market trends.

Business Development and Sales

• Participate in networking, training, and industry events.
• Collaborate with leadership to report on sales, targets, and growth initiatives.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify process improvements.

You have:

• 3+ Years of proven experience in kitchen design.
• Detailed knowledge of the cabinet industry.
• Experience with 2020, ProKitchens or similar software.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Class 5 driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Proficient in Windows OS knowledge and use an asset.
