What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reflect commercial terms into MSA, SOW, Insertion Order Addendum, and Amendment templates
- Review client proposals and contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency within pricing and commercial guidelines
- Triage Deal Desk approvals by collaborating with appropriate cross-functional reviewers
- Maintain an up-to-date document template and clause library
- Drive best practices to increase deal velocity and ensure compliance with standard rates and terms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in deal structuring, pricing, and contracting—ideally in the pharmaceutical or media industry
- Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing customer agreements
- Experience with CRM and a quoting tool, with a strong preference for Salesforce.com and CPQ
- Familiarity with a contract management tool is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to navigate a fast-paced environment
