What You Will Be Doing
  • Posting deals: Accurately posting finalized vehicle sales deals – new and used – into PBS.
  • Reconciling and Cleaning: Reconcile and clean schedules related to deals. Correcting and identifying any posting errors.
  • Verification and Compliance: Verify all documents required in the file, including contracts, payoffs, and trade-ins, etc.
  • Commission Verification: Confirm commissionable gross amounts on deals are correct and submitted to payroll for processing.
  • Other accounting responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration
  • Minimum of - years working experience in an accounting function
  • Currently pursuing a CPA designation is an asset but not required
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to work in flexible hours
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Experience in an Automotive Dealership environment
  • Experience with PBS is an asset
