Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are assets.
• Willingness to travel between nearby locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help clients find storage solutions that fit their needs.
• Manage front desk operations, customer inquiries and property tours.
• Confirm reservations and complete rental agreements.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Keep the property clean, organized, and client-ready.
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units and property.
