A marketing analytics firm based in Toronto is seeking a Data Strategy & Analytics Manager. You will drive client success through data-driven insights, manage analytics projects, and lead a team, with a focus on transforming client challenges into valuable strategic actions. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, with strong programming skills and a passion for data visualization. This role offers a competitive total cash compensation of $89,250 – $110,250 along with numerous benefits including unlimited PTO.

The Data Strategy & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in ensuring client and company success by understanding our clients tech, analytics and data strategy and defining a learning agenda that focuses on mining for insights, leveraging measurement technologies to make data‑driven decisions, and implementing new solutions where there are gaps in client tech. You’ll have opportunities to build knowledge and expertise in specific solutions across reporting and visualization, MarTech tools, and measurement as well as opportunities to teach and mentor analysts and peers.
The position requires strong quantitative and communication skills, business savviness to understand and advance client marketing strategy, a technical mind to operate and leverage the latest ad tech platforms, and a desire to be part of a tightly‑knit team that’s out to change the industry.
