Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Toronto is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Pay, Integrity & Identity team. You will design experiments, build ML models, and translate analytics into product decisions, partnering with product managers, engineers and operators to improve pay platforms while reducing fraud.

The role requires 4–6+ years in data science, strong SQL, and Python or R, with excellent communication.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of industry experience in data science or analytical roles.
Proficiency in SQL with large datasets.
Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze experiments with scientists, product and engineering; communicate findings to stakeholders.
Develop machine learning models using advanced statistical techniques.
Analyze signals in large datasets to identify patterns and root causes.
Partner with product managers and engineers to translate insights into decisions.
Build data pipelines and analytical frameworks to monitor performance.
Set metrics to measure product health and user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate findings clearly.
