Venterra Realty is seeking a Manager, Data Modelling in Canada to lead a team transforming enterprise data into trustworthy, reusable data products. This role reports to the Director, Data Engineering and blends hands-on modelling with people leadership.

The ideal candidate will guide the Snowflake-based Enterprise Data Warehouse, ensuring accuracy, performance, security, and business alignment while collaborating with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Cyber Security teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, analytics engineering, BI, or data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and enterprise-scale analytical data platforms.
• Experience balancing people leadership with hands-on delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Modelling team for Snowflake Silver/Gold layers.
• Define analytical modelling standards and patterns across the EDW.
• Coach and mentor team; ensure data quality, security, and governance.
