Job Summary The Data Analytics is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, CRM, ERP systems).
• Analyze and interpret datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate insights effectively.
• Work with stakeholders across departments (marketing, finance, operations, product) to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Automate data processes and reporting pipelines using SQL, Python, or R.
• Create and maintain databases and data models to support analytics and forecasting.
• Perform statistical analysis and use predictive models to support business decisions.
