As the Data Management Analyst II, Pricing Data and Operations, you will play a critical role in designing, enhancing, and supporting the systems, tools, and processes within the Pricing Operations team. This role maintains strong data governance, maps end-to-end pricing touchpoints, develops user-friendly applications, and proactively identifies optimization opportunities that support global pricing accuracy, efficiency and long-term scalability.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Data Management & Business Analysis: Leads analysis of global pricing workflows to identify systemic data challenges and drive enterprise-wide improvement strategies
  • Tool, App, and System Development (Snowflake + Streamlit): Develops and enhances user-friendly pricing tools and applications using Snowflake and Streamlit to support global pricing workflows
  • Data Architecture & Metadata Management: Defines and evolves pricing data models, lifecycle documentation, and end-to-end data flows for pricing, discounts, and catalog updates
  • Data Quality & Governance: Audits and improves data quality processes, validation, and automated monitoring for pricing master data, discounts, and catalog attributes. Leads data clean-up projects affecting pricing data across ERP, webstores, and internal systems and implements approved enhancements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support: Leads cross-functional collaboration initiatives to resolve pricing data issues, integration and system challenges
Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Life Sciences, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred for data/analytics-focused candidates
  • 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, pricing operations, or a related technical role, with hands‑on proficiency in Python, SQL, Streamlit, and familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
  • Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets using advanced analytical techniques, automation methods, and data visualization best practices
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, including ETL pipelines, data modeling, workflow automation, and API integrations
  • Proven business acumen and structured problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear and actionable recommendations alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentations, dashboards, and documentation to technical and non‑technical audiences)

The annual salary for this job ranges from: $81,700.00 - $122,500.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job‑related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
