Overview

Responsibilities

• Partner with our sales team and finance professional to deliver data insights analytics and reporting in different forms to drive business decisions.
• Analyze and derive different business success measurements across the business from the consumer retailer and carrier space to enterprise sales and training.
• Capture distill and synthesize business requirements to help develop new analytics and data processing products and deliverables for the organization.
• Design and develop data ETL flows to help build out our data infrastructure of data sources and automation initiatives.
• Maintain and build data automation flows to support business reporting.
• Support the end-to-end development of analytics visualization tools using cutting edge tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate studies in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Data Science Business Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong experience using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts Power BI Tableau and AI-powered platforms to derive business insights decisions modeling and finance (VBA is a plus).
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks at the same time independently.
• Quick to learn new skills and to ask questions to further understanding.
• Understanding of fundamental SQL data principles iterative computing and logic: GROUP BY JOIN IF / AND / OR / ELSE FOR / WHILE Loops.
• Exposure to data manipulation tools including Python Pandas KNIME Alteryx Tableau Prep R STATA MATLAB APIs PUSH PULLS GCP AWS Azure.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau Power BI Google Data Studios Looker MATPLOTLIB or PLOTLY.
