A leading construction firm in Vancouver is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to establish and implement a data governance framework. The role involves developing policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. You'll work closely with Business Intelligence teams to maintain data quality and drive governance initiatives across the organization. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $92,000 to $126,500, with a hybrid work model allowing for both remote and in-office work.
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, Data Governance, the Data Governance Specialist will collaborate with the Senior Business Partner, Data Governance to establish and implement a data governance framework. As the Data Governance Specialist, you are responsible for developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulations, industry practices, and organizational goals.
In this role you will work closely with Business Intelligence teams and Data owners across the organization’s operating groups to ensure data governance standards and best practices are being applied consistently.

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
