Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join our team and support initiatives around data quality, governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, data governance tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and enforce data governance rules and standards
Develop and maintain data lineage, metadata, and master data management practices
Perform data profiling and quality assessments
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Product-to-Cashprocess to ensure data consistency and compliance
Leverage Erwin Data Intelligence for metadata and lineage tracking
Build reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI
Support the implementation of governance frameworks in Azure environments
Profile Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Governance Analyst
Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, master data management, and data profiling
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services
Proficient in SQL and Power BI
Experience with Erwin Data Intelligence or similar metadata management tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Based in Toronto, with preference for hybrid work setup (remote possible)
