Our client in the public sector is looking to hire Data Entry ( Records ) Officers to join their growing team. If you are interested, we have the perfect opportunity for you! What we offer :

  • Location : Etobicoke, ON M9P 3V6 – On Site
  • Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch
  • Pay : $22 / hr. plus 4% Vacation Pay
  • Full Time Contract Dates : Start December 1, 2025, to March 13, 2026
What you’ll do :
  • As a data entry (record) officer you will be accurately entering water data into the database system while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity standards.
  • Enter and record data into the database system with consistent productivity to meet performance targets (15 well records per hour with 99% accuracy).
  • Interpret handwritten entries to ensure accurate transcription in accordance with Client standards.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in processing legal documents.
  • May include minor clerical support such as organizing records and scanning.
  • May occasionally operate standard office equipment (scanner, photocopier, printer).
  • Handle all recordings as confidential legal documents and maintain Client privacy / security protocols.
What we’re looking for :
  • Must have high school diploma
  • Must have strong keyboarding and data entry skills – must pass alphanumeric data entry test and provide two working work references
  • Must have ability to work in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and security compliance.
  • Must have proven ability to efficiently use data entry applications to process large volumes of records, with strong proficiency in navigating systems and accurately entering alphanumeric information.
  • Must have attention to detail, commitment to quality and precision in processing legal documents.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage large workloads under time constraints.
  • Must pass a criminal check
