Granular is seeking a Data Entry Clerk II for a work-from-home position in Canada. The role involves entering customer and account data from source documents, maintaining accuracy, and preparing data for computer entry.

You will compile and verify information, review for deficiencies, and ensure timely delivery while using MS Office and Salesforce to communicate progress. Remote work within Canada is supported.

Overall Responsibilities

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

• Data processing, including cleaning, formatting and structuring.
• Reporting back to Granular on processing progress using Salesforce.
• Working with TL to elevate questions and issues to the correct stakeholders within Granular.
