Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and store data in Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency by implementing rigorous validation and governance standards.
• Optimize the performance and efficiency of the cloud data warehouse for analytics and reporting purposes.
• Assist in the migration of existing data assets to Microsoft Fabric, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and infrastructure issues as they arise.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and updates related to Data Warehousing.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a strong back-ground in designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric (or experience with similar cloud data ware-house platforms such as Azure Synapse or Snowflake).
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with ETL frameworks and tools.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• French is a strong asset
