Thales Canada in Mill Bay, BC is seeking a Data Coordinator to join our team hybrid. You will manage and maintain data systems, ensure data accuracy and support the MWAV program across the country.
The ideal candidate has 3 years in data coordination, a Diploma in Data Management or related field, and strong MS Office skills. You will work across teams, perform quality checks, and help implement data governance.

Thales is looking for a Data Coordinator to join our team in Mill Bay.
The Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the data needs for the MWAV program.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members across the country.
The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $ 66,646.80 - $100,000 CAD Annual.
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including - but not limited to - the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
